Drawing on over twenty years of experience across senior management, learning and development, writing, and academia, the focus has always been the same — creating meaningful outcomes, aligning strategy with action, and nurturing people and talent responsibly.
In leadership roles, this has meant directing business strategy, shaping organisational culture, building and guiding high-performing teams, and overseeing operations, finances, marketing, and stakeholder relationships.
